Privacy Policy

Effective date: 03.08.2026.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Oblio, created by Oblio Labs LLC Serbia (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"), pertaining to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information on www.obliowallet.ai and the related mobile applications, software, and products we offer (collectively, the "Services" or "Oblio").

Overview

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information Oblio collects, why we collect it, how it is utilized, and how you can manage your privacy. We are committed to high standards of data minimization, particularly within our non-custodial wallet infrastructure.

By using Oblio, including downloading our mobile applications, interacting with our AI assistant, or visiting our website, you expressly agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly directed toward, and intended for, individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process data or information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has submitted any informational logs, we will take immediate measures to permanently purge such data from our systems.

What Information Do We Collect From Our Users?

The information we collect falls into two broad categories: (i) Personally Identifiable Information ("Personal Information"), and (ii) Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-Personal Information"). We exert commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the collection of Personal Information.

1. Non-Custodial Wallet Data (Strict Minimization)

Within the core wallet interface, we maintain a strict policy of data minimization. We do not collect or store any private personal data (such as your legal name, email address, physical address, or phone number). Furthermore, we never have access to, nor do we store, your private keys, seed phrases, or backup credentials.

  • Public Wallet Addresses: We collect and store the public cryptographic wallet addresses generated or imported through Oblio. This is required to monitor on-chain balances, display transaction history, and execute transactions.
  • Basic Device Operating System: We detect whether your device is running on the Android or iOS operating system. This is utilized strictly for basic application optimization, troubleshooting, and compatibility purposes. We do not collect granular device metadata, specific hardware models, IMEI numbers, or MAC addresses.

2. AI Assistant ("Lio") Data & Strict Security Warning

With the introduction of our interactive Artificial Intelligence assistant, "Lio," we collect specific data generated during your sessions to power and optimize the service:

  • Chat Logs and Prompts: We collect and store the text prompts, questions, and conversational history of your interactions with Lio.
  • Purpose of Collection: This data is utilized to retrain and enhance the AI assistant's conversational accuracy, optimize features, conduct internal business analytics, and perform targeted marketing activities to determine which services and integrated products within the assistant are utilized most frequently.
  • Critical user warning: You are strictly instructed and warned NEVER to submit, input, paste, or expose your private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, passwords, recovery codes, or highly sensitive personal data to the AI assistant ("Lio"). Lio does not require this information to execute parameters. Any submission of private keys or credentials to the interactive chat is done at your own sole risk and severely compromises your wallet security.

3. Communication Data

If you choose to contact us directly via email, social media, or community channels, we may collect your contact details (such as your name, social media handle, or email address) along with any supplementary technical details that you provide to help us resolve bugs or support tickets.

Cookies & Technical Analytics

Our website utilizes standard technical cookies, web beacons, and performance tools like Google Analytics to evaluate web traffic and ensure optimal user navigation.

  • What We Use: We utilize analytical and performance cookies that track aggregated web interactions, pages viewed, time spent on-site, and referral domains.
  • User Control & Choices: You maintain full authority to manage, block, or delete cookies via your native web browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies completely may restrict certain technical components or interactive functionalities on our promotional web platform.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Certain premium features and core web3 capabilities on Oblio rely heavily on independent, third-party protocols and infrastructure providers (collectively, "Third-Party Services").

To facilitate financial transactions, asset exchanges, and fiat-to-crypto purchases, the platform integrates direct pipelines to external providers. These include MoonPay, Transak, 1inch, LetsExchange, Exolix, nExchange, and StealthEX.

When you initiate a crypto purchase, card sale, or token swap, you are interacting directly with these external entities. These independent platforms may collect your Personal Information, execute separate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification checks, log your IP addresses, or track your wallet addresses according to their own regulatory compliance frameworks. Their actions are strictly governed by their respective Privacy Policies.

How We Use the Information We Gather

We primarily utilize the limited information we collect to operate, secure, maintain, and enhance the Oblio ecosystem. Except in the event of a structural corporate merger or sale, we do not rent, trade, or sell your Personal Information to third parties.

We utilize the gathered data to:

  • Deliver core wallet balance tracking and complete requested on-chain transactions;
  • Train, refine, and optimize the conversational models of our AI assistant ("Lio");
  • Analyze user trends to discover which platform products and third-party integrations are most popular, helping guide our business development and marketing focus;
  • Respond directly to your support tickets, user comments, or technical bug reports;
  • Protect the platform against malicious cyber threats, fraudulent exploits, or unauthorized access.

Data Security Measures

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technological security controls to safeguard user logs and technical metadata. All chat logs, communication histories, and analytical streams are subjected to end-to-end transport layer security (TLS) encryption, strict internal access controls, and segmented database hosting. However, please acknowledge that no digital transmission or cloud repository can be guaranteed as 100% secure, and you interact with digital infrastructures at your own risk.

Data Retention

We store the limited data points we gather only for as long as structurally necessary to fulfill the core operational and analytical objectives detailed in this Policy:

  • AI Chat Logs & Prompts: Retained for a standard operational period of up to twenty-four (24) months to facilitate continuous model retraining, operational metrics tracking, and product improvement, unless a deletion request is initiated.
  • Support Emails & Communication Logs: Retained for up to three (3) years following resolution to manage recurrent technical issues, legal defense, and QA tracking.
  • Server Performance Metrics & IP Logs: Automatically overwritten or deleted within thirty (30) days.

GDPR Rights (For European Region Users)

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or jurisdictions with matching privacy frameworks, you are granted specific statutory protections regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To the extent that we hold any verifiable personal information linked to you (such as support emails or historical chat strings associated with a verified address), you possess the following rights:

  • Right of Access & Portability: The right to request an exported copy of any personal data we store about you;
  • Right to Rectification: The right to demand the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data points;
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request the permanent deletion of your historical logs from our operational systems;
  • Right to Restriction & Objection: The right to demand that we restrict or cease the analytical or promotional processing of your interaction history.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a verified request to our compliance team at info@obliowallet.ai. We will evaluate and process compliant verification requests within the statutory thirty (30) day window.
